Eating To Lose Fat

There is a rule in the healthcare industry as to what you eat or drink will make up 70% of your weight loss or weight gain. What I mean by that statement.


It has to do with weight loss is all about fat loss. If you do not eat enough your body actually begin to store fat and consume all that most of us can not lose muscle mass. Muscle is what drives the body to burn calories without our metabolism is almost nothing.



Contrary to what you might think that your body needs more protein carbohydrates. Think this is the muscle protein, were not enough protein your body will get the protein or amino acids it needs to function, one place, start your muscle degradation.
